If you don't see any available MIDI Outs showing up, I'm guessing that MSI probably won't work properly. I'm thinking MSI will not work with that keyboard because it cannot send out a MIDI message to your KeyRig 49. As best I can tell, the M-Audio KeyRig 49 is only capable of sending MIDI messages to your computer and does not even allow MIDI messages to be sent back to it.
